An immigration evaluation is a mental health evaluation that assesses various psychological aspects involved in immigration cases and are recognized by the immigration courts. The information for the evaluation is obtained through a combination of interviews and assessments which may take several weeks to complete.
The immigration evaluations have been recognized to have a positive impact on immigration court cases and are oftentimes more successful than cases that go to courts without them.
